Apple 13" MacBook Pro Review

After almost 6 months of having my MacBook Pro, I am delighted to say that I am absolutely loving this computer. In case some of you are not familiar with it's specifications, here are a few highlights of the computer:
  • Aluminum unibody.
  • 13" Glossy glass screen.
  • NVIDIA GeForce 9400m graphics.
  • 2.26GHz processor.
  • 160GB of hard drive space.
  • 2GB of memory (RAM).
  • SD card slot.
  • Two USB ports.
  • FireWire, Ethernet, MiniDisplay, and Audio in/out ports.
  • Up to 7 hours of battery power.
  • Illuminated keyboard.
  • 802.11n Wi-Fi connectivity.
  • Bluetooth connectivity.
  • Built-in iSight and microphone.
  • Multi-touch glass trackpad.
The computer has amazing graphics and can handle many power-hogging games. During game play, the computer does get very hot, but that doesn't slow it down too much. The CPU fan is incredibly fast. I've once seen it go up to 2 or 3 thousand RPMs and still run without a flaw! Audio quality on the MacBook Pro is outstanding! I've NEVER heard such quality come out of a computer so small. The multi-touch trackpad is a breakthrough in computing technology. When I use it, I don' even realize my fingers swiping and scrolling on it. It's natural to me now. On the same day I got the computer, I was using nearly all the multi-touch gestures. The trackpad is smooth and very easy to use. Apple OS X Snow Leopard is a very very very nice operating system. It's almost flawless. Only a few things disappoint me when using it, but these are minor things that I don't like about the OS. Snow Leopard is much better than Vista, though. I'd like to compare OS X to Windows 7 to see which one is better. All in all, I'd like many more people to buy or at least try a Mac computer. They are amazing. The 13" MacBook Pro is a brilliant laptop and I will use it for many years to come. I will never switch back to a PC.
