Writing a Story

Many people think that writing a story is a complicated thing to do. It's not as complicated as you'd think. It's actually one of the easiest things to do in life. All one has to do is release their mind and write/type it up. Don't try to appeal to the audience, if you are trying to impress someone or something similar to that. Write something that explains your feelings and is something you're truly proud of. Don't just write what other people want. It's your story, write it how you want to write it because it's coming from your mind, not theirs. One of the hardest things to do while writing a story is getting grammar and spelling right, but there are many ways to correct yourself if you make a mistake. For example, if you want to write a word but you want it to be a bit more complex, one could use "Dictionary" on a Mac, if they have one, to find words similar to the one they are thinking of and to do research on that word to know its precise definition right in a built-in application. The second most hard thing to do while writing a story would be coming up with a title to describe the entire story or just a main point in the story. The story doesn't have to be professional to be loved. True, the better way it's made up, the more attention will get, but the story has be something you love and something that desribes you. If you're not good with grammar, then don't worry about it. Have a friend or family member read over it to find mistakes. Don't let them change it up too much so that it looks like someone else wrote it instead of yourself. I've been writing three books since August. Each time I published one of the stories to my friends, they loved it. The first one got a thumbs ups from everyone. I myself didn't think they were that good, but I was mistaken. I loved their enthusiasm so much that I began to rewrite the stories to make them better. At first, I was just trying to make it look good and get the reader interested. I was also thinking about publishing it to a company and making money, so I was being greedy and thinking making money rather than writing for my passion. After a few weeks of re-writing, I started having fun writing the story. To this day, I am still writing the story and I am still having fun. Who knew that writing could be so much fun? Writing is an expression of the mind and a way to escape from the reality of life. When it comes to writing, there is no limit. Your imagination can fly as high as it wants to.
